吴进良(字慕鸿)。徐悲鸿再传弟子。北京人，毕业于中央美术学院，后获美国罗奇维尔大学（Rochville University）艺术史博士证书。
绘画师承当代书画大师董寿平，中央美院教授、博士生导师戴泽；书法师承著名书法大师李铎。现特聘为中央美术学院教授，北京涉外经济学院美术系教授兼副院长，国务院、外交部指定国礼画家，享受国务院特殊津贴，世界华人艺术家联合会主席并兼任中国美协北京市西城区分会副主席，京港书画院副院长，东方白马书画院顾问，花鸟画协会副会长，中国花鸟画研究院院长，世界美术家协会副主席，《中华时代》杂志艺术总监，《京港书画名家》杂志社总编。著名美术评论家，国家一级美术师等。
多次参加国内外书画大展，获特别金奖、金奖、银奖，一等奖等。很多优秀作品先后由国家领导人赠送给美国前总统布什、新西兰总理珍妮·谢普莉、菲律宾总统菲尔·拉莫斯、法国总统希拉克、德国总理科尔、马来西亚政府部长陈广才、中国驻马来西亚大使程永华、斯里兰卡大使、中国台湾海基会秘书长辜怀群等。2005年4月，中国国民党主席连战先生大陆之旅，吴进良先生应国务院台湾事务办公室邀请创作一幅精品巨作《合家欢·大吉大利》并由国家主席胡锦涛亲赠连战先生。
不少艺术殿堂、中南海、毛主席纪念堂、纪念馆、人民大会堂、文化部、民革中央、亚足联、全国妇联、联合国、美国、加拿大、英国、德国、法国、前苏联、拉美国家、东南亚等数十个国家以及港澳台地区均有其作品悬挂和收藏。
艺术作品分别载入《中国当代书画名人录》、《中国百位书画家辞典》。被世界美术协会、世界艺术家联合会授予“中国艺术家”、“世界艺术家名人”“终身称号”。
国内几十种报纸、杂志发表过其优秀作品并多次成为封面人物。中央电视台、北京电视台、山东电视台、广州电视台、西安电视台、天津电视台等分别对他及其作品进行广泛报道。2004年应邀到中央电视台教育频道绘画课堂讲授绘画技法。
次赴东南亚国家举办个人画展以及文化交流活动，受到所在国家的热烈欢迎。美术作品曾分别三次被文化部选送到日本、韩国、前苏联、欧洲部分国家展出以及文化艺术交流。所选送国外展出作品被文化部收藏。

Wu Jinliang (muhong) ,the mursal of Xu Beihong. He is from Beijing and graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He has gotten a certificate of art history Dr. in the Rochville University.
Contemporary calligraphy and painting master, the Central Academy of Art Professor, Ph.D. Dai Ze is the painting teacher of Wu Jinliang； calligraphy famous master, a professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts Chair, Beijing foreign economic professor in the Department of Fine Arts Institute vice president, the State Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the State designated painter.
